Plant: large, tuberous spreading perennial to 10'

Flowers: typical composite flower with buttery yellow rays and tightly packed discs.
Foliage: course, simple leaves.
Culture: full sun to part sun in moist, rich soil. Aggressive! Give plenty of space for spreading. Drought tolerant, but crop of tubers is reduced during dry times. More info on this ornamental edible. |
