Flowers
: Low crocus-like blooms in shades of mauvish pink to purple. Seedpods ripen in summer.

Foliage: Strap-like keeled leaves grow to 8" after the flowers fade.

Culture
: Sunny location in well drained soil. Divide crowded clumps every five years in summer. Wildlife resistant.
